How Our Pricing Works
Does the price include software and hosting?
No. Our price covers our time and the work we do. Anything you have to pay a third party for, such as hosting or software licenses, is billed separately. You can pay those companies directly, or we can handle it for you and pass on the cost plus a small fee. Either way the accounts stay in your name, so the tools and the information in them remain yours.
How we work
Three stages, and you can stop after any of them. Nothing begins until we have agreed in writing what we are doing and what it costs.
A free 30-minute call
Half an hour. We discuss where AI would genuinely help your business, and what you need to be careful with. You get a straight answer, including that there is nothing worth doing yet, if that is the case.
Fixed-price project
We put in writing exactly what you are getting and what it costs. That total does not change because the work took us longer than we expected.
Ongoing retainer
Only if it is worth it to you. We can continue looking after what we built, month to month, and you can end it at any time.
